What Anna stands for

Three pillars. One promise.

The work isn't a campaign — it's a daily practice. Visible, accountable, continuous.

PILLAR 01

Education.

Through the Sri Manakula Vinayakar trusts, opening doors for thousands of students across Puducherry.

PILLAR 02

Service.

Daily, ground-level service across every ward of Uzhavarkarai. Visible. Accountable. Continuous.

PILLAR 03

Welfare.

Government schemes that reach people directly — without middlemen, in plain language.

Vision · 2026—2031

The
five-year
map.

A constituency that works — not as a promise, but as a schedule. Five commitments. Each measurable. Each on the clock.

  1. 01BY 2027

    Education — open access.

Free coaching centres for NEET, JEE, TNPSC and banking exams in every ward, anchored to the Sri Manakula Vinayakar trust network. A scholarship desk that knows every central and UT scheme by heart.

  2. 02BY 2028

Water & power — every household, every day.

24×7 piped water across all wards of Uzhavarkarai. Published outage schedules so families can plan. Solar-backed streetlights on the ten worst-lit corridors first.

  3. 03BY 2027

Health — walk-in, two kilometres or less.

A 24/7 primary care unit within 2 km of every household. Monthly specialist camps. A free ambulance line that answers the first ring. Mental health and de-addiction support — without stigma.

  4. 04BY 2027

    Roads & drains — storm-ready.

Every street resurfaced and storm-drained before the 2027 monsoon. A live works tracker showing budget, contractor, and deadline for each project. Citizens flag delays directly.

  5. 05BY 2030

    Women, youth & dignity.

A Sakhi centre and skill hub in every ward. Apprenticeships at Anna's institutions for local youth. A grievance line for safety concerns that routes to the right authority — not back into a queue.

From Anna

Power is borrowed from the people. The least we owe them is to answer the door when they knock.
